Legionella Compliance Survey
A full survey of your business premises will take place with your designated Legionella responsible person, identifying all water routes and storage
Throughout the survey a full demonstration of the techniques to complete a sufficient survey, allowing your legionella responsible person to complete these tests as and when the control measures timescales dictate
A site plan showing all water routes and outlets will be supplied with water outlet locations and sample points
Photo library within the report showing assets and potential problem areas (dead-legs etc)
Initial legionella test (temperature monitoring and logging)
Comprehensive report created with audit sheets/template bespoke to your business are supplied for future use by your legionella responsible person
Training for responsible persons throughout the survey (certificate valid 3 years)
A bound report will be supplied for your company H&S records
LEV Thorough Examination
The law requires that all LEV Systems (local exhaust ventilation systems) are inspected and performance tested to ensure they meet the required extraction rates.
We are fully certified to undertake the 14 monthly inspection and thorough examination process, upon satisfactory results a certificate of compliance per LEV unit is provided for your records along with a full survey report.
All LEV Units will be assigned a unique lev asset identification number and this will be printed on the pass sticker applied to the unit to demonstrate to employees that the unit has been tested
If any units fail the thorough examination, then management will be notified the same day to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to site.
A bound report will be supplied for your company H&S records
Fire Risk Assessment
The law requires that all business owners undertake a Fire Risk Assessment of their premises.
We offer a full fire risk assessment to identify risk areas within your business.
A full survey report with any failings identified with recommendations to allow you to meet your legal responsibilities.
Fire Marshal training for responsible persons is also available.

CHAS Accreditation
We offer the full completion of your CHAS application through to certification.
